Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain compliance frameworks for the business

• Manage regulatory change programs and stakeholder assessment

• Report on compliance risks and conduct necessary evaluations

• Supervise subsidiary governance related to compliance

• Execute compliance testing of internal controls

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in compliance within financial services
