** PEOPLE EXPERIENCE GENERALIST - Term Position
** This role creates, contributes to, maintains and updates People Experience policy, procedures, training and development of documentation and performance management processes. The role communicates, supports and provides guidance on a full range of People Experience policies, initiatives, guidelines and procedures, along with relevant employment-related laws, regulations and standards. The position additionally provides support to associates, initiatives and tasks pertaining to both member and associate relations, their experience and escalations.
** Job Summary
** Produces documentation for People Experience related matters and concerns from Fit4
Less associates that fall under the scope of People Experience to follow legislative standards, processes and policy.
* Provides as assigned, associate support, tasks, onboard/off board administration to payroll, escalations, time off, leaves and other human resource resources documents.
* Supports the administration of performance management (ex. performance improvement planning, terminations according to policy and process).
* Produces letters and other documentation for Associate accommodations, and other situations as required.
* Organizes information using available resources to efficiently complete tasks.
* Inputs data into various tracking tools on a weekly/monthly basis.
Produces documentation to assist in automating and creating consistency and compliance in manager processes in relation to associates that fall under the scope of the People Experience Department.:
* Creates and reviews current processes to find gaps and opportunities.
* Develops solutions to close the gaps in reference documents, standards, policies and procedures and work instructions.
* Assists with talent acquisition and associate cycle tasks.
* Develops and executes training to region managers, managers and hourly associates (ex. AODA, Privacy, Respect in the workplace).
* Communicates non-routine issues to supervisor and escalates as appropriate.
Supports, guides and answers Associates inquiries for People Experience related matters and concerns to follow legislative standards, processes and policy.
* Coaches, gathers information and counsels associate and organizational people experience routine issues to associates/supervisors.
* Provides as assigned; tasks, including advising managers on tools relating to disciplinary matters, escalations, time off/leaves and other human resource resources documents.
* Manages information using available resources to efficiently complete tasks.
* Sees different points of view and evaluates them based on facts.
Provides member support through communication, documentation, tracking and liaises with appropriate department leaders to support appropriate and fair resolution.
Ensures that assigned people experience processes and documents are created in a manner that considers financial impact to, as well as the long-term profitability of the Fit4
Less Brand.

* Intermediate listening and written skills
* Experience using Microsoft Office Suite

** Compensation:
** It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $56,000. This position is eligible for bonuses in addition to the base salary. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $56,000 - $72,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.
