Litigation Attorney — International Competition & Securities

Scott+Scott has significant experience in complex case resolution representing victims of anticompetitive conduct and other forms of wrongdoing including shareholder violations in the European Union, the UK, Canada and the United States. Scott+Scott attorneys have successfully settled or litigated cases based on clients’ needs. The firm represents corporates, institutional investors, businesses, and individuals worldwide with offices in New York and eight other U.S. states as well as in Canada, London, Amsterdam, Berlin.

Scott+Scott’s Amsterdam office is looking for lawyers to help grow the Amsterdam office. The firm is looking for people with the following profile:

• 4-9 years of litigation experience (admission to the Dutch bar required);
• Experience in competition litigation, securities litigation, financial litigation, and/or collective actions.

• Excellent English and Dutch written and oral communication skills;
• Excellent case and project management skills.
