We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Residential Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of modern, multi-site residential communities featuring high-end finishes, exceptional amenities, and outstanding resident experiences. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in operations, tenant relations, and team management, ensuring each property operates at peak performance and delivers a best-in-class living environment.
THE DAY TO DAY
Manage day-to-day operations of multiple residential properties, ensuring each site meets performance, maintenance, and customer service standards.Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, and rent collections across all properties.Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and resident satisfaction.Lead, mentor, and support on-site property staff, including leasing agents, maintenance teams, and concierge services.Foster a positive, professional, and service-oriented team culture.Maintain a high standard of resident care, ensuring all properties provide a welcoming and community-driven atmosphere.Oversee amenities such as gyms, lounges, rooftop spaces, and outdoor sports recreational areas, ensuring they are well-maintained and thoughtfully activated.Resolve resident concerns promptly, professionally, and effectively.Ensure compliance with all local housing regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.Partner with vendors and contractors to deliver timely repairs, preventative maintenance, and capital improvements.Oversee each site's budgets, financial reporting, and property performance metrics.Collaborate with leasing teams to maintain strong occupancy rates and achieve revenue goals.Partner with marketing to highlight each property's unique lifestyle and amenities, driving visibility and engagement.WHAT YOU NEED:
Strong knowledge of Ontario landlord-tenant legislation, including the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA).Proven experience in multi-site residential property management or a senior property management role.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and analyzing performance metrics.Familiarity with property management software and modern operational tools.A proactive, detail-oriented, and resident-first mindset.Stubbe's is committed to providing accommodations to those individuals with disabilities throughout the recruitment process.
