Marketing Specialist (part-time)
Are you a creative problem-solver who enjoys switching between design, writing, digital tools, and event coordination? Davis Martindale is looking for a creative Marketing Specialist to support our firm-wide brand, digital presence, and external communications. This role blends graphic design, web updates, email marketing, writing, and event support — perfect for someone who loves variety and would thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment.
This is a new part-time position (approximately 20-25 hours, still TBD) with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the new team member and the needs of the firm.
What You’ll Do Design and Creative Production- Create branded social posts and internal visuals
- Produce on-brand creative with Adobe Creative Suite
- Edit short-form video and audio clips
- Help adapt firm messaging and draft content for multiple platforms
- Proofread RFPs, presentations, and marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, and consistent branding
- Update pages, format blogs, and embed multimedia content in Word Press
- Use basic HTML/CSS to make adjustments/edits
- Optimize content with SEO best practices
- Pull insights from Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console
- Build and schedule campaigns using Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor
- Use Outlook mail merge to personalize invitations and firm announcements
- Track and summarize performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Linked In, and Hootsuite
- Organize social content timelines, assets, and hashtags/keywords
- Support brand consistency across all platforms
- Assist with planning and executing firm events, client functions, and community initiatives
- Coordinate logistics such as venue bookings, catering, AV requirements, signage, and event materials
- Manage RSVP lists, attendee communication, and on-site setup/check-in
Maintain tracking sheets, event budgets, and campaign data in Excel/Google Sheets
- Support campaign and project coordination, helping plan schedules and monitor progress
- Manage marketing asset libraries
- 1–5 years experience in marketing or design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and common digital marketing tools
- Strong attention to detail
- A strong visual eye for layout, hierarchy, and brand consistency
- Ability to balance and organize multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Strong communication skills
