Sales / Lifestyle Director
All Seniors Care Living Centres is a leader in retirement living and seeks a permanent full-time Sales / Lifestyle Director at Fox Hollow Retirement Residence in London, Ontario.

The Lifestyle Director role offers a unique opportunity for an enterprising, self‑directed sales professional with a proven track‑record in sales and a passion for working with seniors.
Responsibilities- Consultative sales process to help seniors and their families make informed decisions regarding a retirement residence
- Drive occupancy levels and meet or exceed established sales targets
- Manage telephone inquiries and convert them into personal visit bookings
- Conduct personal visits, follow up on leads, and close sales through lease signings
- Track sales activity in the CRM database and analyze reports to identify sales trends specific to the community and residence
- Drive referrals and traffic while building a qualified lead database within the target market
- Develop, promote and implement marketing plans and events
- 5+ years’ experience in sales
- Ability to follow an established sales process, including prospecting and closing sales transactions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to network, multi‑task, and promote services
- Knowledge of the surrounding area and communities, valid provincial driver’s licence, and access to a vehicle
- Prior experience in the healthcare or retirement residency industry is an asset
- London, ON – reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
