Outside Sales Representative (Scaffolding Systems)

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative with a strong background in scaffolding systems and construction sales to drive business growth across regional markets. The ideal candidate will have proven success in outside sales within the construction industry, deep knowledge of scaffolding products and applications, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships with contractors, project managers, and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector
  • Maintain and expand relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and industrial clients
  • Promote and sell scaffolding systems, access solutions, and related services
  • Conduct jobsite visits to assess project requirements and provide technical recommendations
  • Prepare and present proposals, bids, and pricing estimates
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM system
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of outside sales experience in construction or industrial services
  • Direct scaffolding sales experience required (system scaffolding, frame scaffolding, shoring, access solutions, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and project cycles
  • Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
