Role
Purpose:
The Territory Sales Representative at Wolfe Heavy Equipment exists to drive growth and create lasting value for both customers and the company. By deeply understanding customer needs, market dynamics, and Wolfe’s product offerings, this role delivers solutions that empower customers to succeed while strengthening Wolfe’s position as a trusted partner in the heavy equipment industry. Through relationship-building, market insight, and strategic territory management, the representative turns opportunities into measurable results, ensures customer satisfaction, and contributes to the company’s long-term innovation and market leadership.

- Territory Sales & Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned territories/accounts through frequent communication and travel to customer sites both domestically and internationally
- Demonstrates a resilient mindset, remaining focused, motivated, and persistent throughout a longer sales cycle
- Participate in industry associations, trade shows, and events to increase company visibility and maintain a presence in the market
- Support on-site training of all machines sold onto the market with new and existing customers
- Must be willing to travel 75% of the time
