Enhance business operations and sales as a Spa & Aesthetics Business Consultant with Dermalogica in Southwestern Ontario. Focus on client growth and satisfaction.

You'll take charge as a Business Consultant, focusing on strategic planning and relationship-building across spas, salons, and medical practices. Engage with Professional Skin Therapists and support their journey towards excellence with Dermalogica's premium solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive territory sales growth through effective relationship management

• Identify and open new business opportunities in medical aesthetics

• Develop customized growth plans leveraging sell-through data

• Coordinate in-field training and support marketing events

• Maintain organization using CRM and Outlook tools

Requirements:

• 2+ years in field sales ideally in professional skincare

• Understanding of the aesthetics industry and spa environments

• Experience as a Professional Skin Therapist is advantageous

• Proven sales, communication, and consultative engagement skills

• Hold a valid driver’s license and have a reliable vehicle
