In this senior position, you'll be responsible for guiding projects from concept to completion while mentoring junior staff. Your key tasks include managing project timelines and budgets, maintaining client relations, and ensuring project quality. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee Environmental Site Assessment projects
• Mentor and train staff across different experience levels
• Maintain communication with clients on project status
• Ensure compliance with environmental quality controls
• Develop new business opportunities and technical solutions
Requirements:
• At least 15 years of ESA-related experience required
• P.Geo. or P.Eng certification is mandatory
• Proven experience in project management
• Strong understanding of Ontario and Canadian regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
