Huawei Canada is seeking a Project Assistant to work alongside the project manager and team. Your primary responsibilities include contributing to project life cycles, monitoring schedules, and ensuring deadlines are met. You will also handle administrative tasks, conduct research, and perform data analysis while maintaining clients’ confidentiality and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project manager to maximize team productivity

• Organize schedules and ensure deadlines are achieved

• Report project updates to management verbally and in writing

• Complete administrative tasks, including research and data analysis

• Coordinate team efforts effectively throughout projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project assistance

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stress
