Gain valuable hands-on experience with Arcadis as a Biologist Intern in Markham or Waterloo, Ontario. This co-op position focuses on ecological assessments and field data collection to support environmental projects.

Arcadis is inviting applications for a Biologist Intern/Co-op role within their Ecological Services team. This opportunity is perfect for students pursuing a Bachelor’s in Biology or Ecology. You will engage in field surveys, data collection, and assist with technical report preparation under the mentorship of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with terrestrial and aquatic field surveys

• Support data collection using GPS and environmental tools

• Conduct desktop research and literature reviews

• Prepare technical reports and environmental documentation

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on projects

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Biology or Ecology

• Strong interest in ecology and environmental consulting

• Excellent communication and technical writing skills

• Willingness to work outdoors and travel to sites

• Valid driver’s license for project site access
