This role involves performing complex chemical analyses, primarily HPLC, assay, and potency testing. You will lead sample tracking and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while mentoring junior staff. The Analytical Chemist II plays a pivotal role in method validation and continuous improvement initiatives, fostering efficiency and accuracy in testing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute advanced HPLC, assay, and impurity testing
• Lead sample tracking and reporting for accuracy
• Troubleshoot unexpected test results independently
• Maintain and calibrate analytical instruments
• Train and guide junior staff on SOPs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Chemistry or a related field
• 3–5 years experience in a regulated lab environment
• Proficient with HPLC and other analytical tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills for instrumentation
• Excellent attention to detail with data integrity focus
