• Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about RYPM and its customers
• Represent RYPM in a professional, courteous and customer service oriented manner on each and every service call; you are a proud ambassador for our company
• HVAC system installation, maintenance and repairs for residential customers in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes
• General and other inspections including preventative maintenance of all types of appliances for residential users
• Respond to and efficiently manage HVAC service calls and work orders
• Conduct assessments, document findings, and upload details for work orders
• Install and configure HVAC-related components as needed
• Provide detailed assessments and recommendations for HVAC system improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues, ensuring optimal performance

• Minimum 5 years' experience in HVAC maintenance/repair
• Valid driver's license and suitable vehicle for transporting equipment
• Knowledgeable in HVAC systems, tools, and practices
• Organized with effective communication skills
• Independent and team-working abilities
• Availability for rotating shifts and standby duties
• Physically capable of performing required tasks (lifting 25 kg, bending, squatting)
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Must own an iPhone for job-related communications
