Hopewell is seeking a Temporary Full Time Maintenance Technician for immediate contribution to our facilities. The role entails actively performing maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and general repairs. Collaborate closely with our Leadership team and external contractors to uphold a high-quality environment for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct general maintenance on physical facilities and equipment

• Repair drywall, including patching and painting

• Perform carpentry tasks, like installing handles and knobs

• Conduct plumbing repairs and basic fixture installations

• Handle electrical repairs, like installing light fixtures

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in residential maintenance

• Valid class G driver's license is required

• Current First Aid and CPR certifications

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and swimming pool maintenance

• Ability to work flexible hours when needed
