Royal York Property Management is seeking experienced plumbers to diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues across Ontario. You will work independently, manage appointments via a mobile app, and document findings while protecting properties from leaks and water damage.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of paid plumbing experience, valid trade status, and own a vehicle with tools. Travel between appointments is required, with opportunities for advanced scopes and ongoing service work.
