• Install bath and shower products according to company standards and customer specifications
• Remodel bathtub and shower spaces using carpentry and renovation skills
• Follow established installation procedures and safety practices
• Educate customers on the use, care, and maintenance of installed products
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach on every job site
• Complete installation documentation and submit project photos accurately
• Maintain inventory and readiness of the installation vehicle and tools
• Support additional installation and renovation activities as required

• Possess at least 2 years of carpentry, renovation, construction, or installation experience
• Demonstrate strong finish carpentry or trim carpentry skills
• Basic plumbing knowledge is ideal
• Measure accurately using a tape measure, level, and combination square
• Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Deliver excellent customer service and communication skills
• Lift, push, and pull materials weighing up to 100 lbs
• Work independently while maintaining quality workmanship and attention to detail

• $60000.00 - $90000.00 annually
• Earn competitive annual compensation of $60,000 to $90,000 based on experience
