Dental Equipment Service Technician

Medline Canada is seeking a skilled technician responsible for maintaining dental equipment across various client locations. A successful candidate will possess excellent customer service abilities and a minimum of three years’ experience in repairing mechanical or electronic equipment. You will play a crucial role in supporting new installations and selling maintenance contracts to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to service requests from clients

• Diagnose equipment issues and recommend necessary repairs

• Communicate client service updates with sales representatives

• Adjust and calibrate equipment per manufacturer’s specifications

• Maintain service documentation and repair logs

Requirements:

• Minimum three years’ experience in equipment repair

• Certification in mechanical or electrical fields preferred

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to lift heavy equipment up to 50 lbs
