Full-Time Associate Optometrist

Cargill is seeking a skilled Associate Optometrist for a full-time position in London, ON. This role requires expertise in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment management on the 3rd shift.

As an Associate Optometrist, you will undertake electrical tasks involving installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing equipment failures, performing preventative maintenance, and collaborating with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills are essential, alongside a commitment to safety standards and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain complex industrial equipment

• Diagnose malfunctions and resolve issues

• Perform preventative and corrective electrical maintenance

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations

• Operate machinery and motorized vehicles as needed

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older

• Relevant electrical certification (309A or 442A)

• Ability to communicate in English

• Availability for overtime and varied shifts

• Basic computer skills required
