Royal York Property Management seeks a Skilled Appliance Repair Technician to address repairs and maintenance in residential properties. Work independently while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

This position requires a minimum of three years of professional appliance repair experience. Technicians will diagnose and fix a variety of appliances, including microwaves and refrigerators, and work with our mobile app for job management. You'll be the expert ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair common household appliances

• Handle maintenance for various kitchen and laundry appliances

• Test and confirm repairs are successful

• Record job details and submit updates

• Travel between service appointments

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of paid appliance repair experience

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs

• Personal vehicle for travel to job sites

• Own required tools and testing equipment

• Familiarity with residential appliance repair tasks
