Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee warranty and service scheduling

• Work alongside supervisors to allocate resources

• Institute training programs for team members

• Lead meetings focused on performance improvements

• Participate in inspections and site audits

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of field construction or solar experience

• Preferred:
Experience in PV design or electrical work

• High School diploma required

• Valid Electrical Journeyman certification preferred

• Understanding of NEC codes and electrical principles
