Position: All-Equip Welder/Fitter - Full-Time Role

At All-Equip, you’ll dive into a diverse work environment, handling everything from standard trailer production to innovative custom fabrications. This role encompasses the complete spectrum of welding tasks, allowing you to utilize your full skill set while collaborating with dedicated teams committed to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and sketches accurately

• Assemble and weld with high precision

• Conduct production welding for trailers

• Create custom components and prototypes

• Collaborate with teams on design and fit-up

Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years in welding and fitting

• Proficient in MIG welding, TIG an added advantage

• Excellent skills in reading and interpreting drawings

• Comfortable with production and custom environments

• Physically capable of demanding shop work
