At All-Equip, your expertise will be pivotal in performing detailed collision repairs and maintaining our high standards for custom vehicle refurbishments. This position not only offers a dynamic workload but also the opportunity to be involved in trailer production and mentorship, fostering a robust team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair heavy trucks, trailers, and fleet equipment

• Prepare surfaces and apply high-quality finishing coats

• Ensure consistent paint quality and color matching

• Maintain workspace safety and organization

• Assist apprentices in building their skills

Requirements:

• Preferred 310B or 409A license or 3rd-year apprentice standing

• Experience in automotive painting and repair

• Comfortable with heavy-duty equipment tasks

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
