Farm Equipment Technician

Duties   Diagnose and repair various farm machinery, including tractors, harvesters, plows, and tillage equipment.
Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, tire repairs, and fluid checks to keep equipment running smoothly.
Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, combine, tractors with dump wagens and manure spreaders.
Use schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on diverse farm equipment.
Conduct welding and assembly tasks to repair or modify machinery components as needed.
Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and inventory logs for all repairs and maintenance tasks
Requirements   Proven dealership experience or hands‑on experience working with farm machinery and heavy equipment.
Strong mechanical knowledge of agricultural equipment, industrial machinery, and automotive repair techniques.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics interpretation.
Experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators, combine and tractors with implements
Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments regularly.
Electrical experience related to farm machinery systems is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
