Location: London, KY
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week) — No nights or weekends
Homeland Inc. is seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Full-Time Property Leasing Manager to oversee daily operations at a new Scholar House apartment community in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organized individual with strong interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
No prior property management experience required — we are happy to train the right candidate!

- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing maintenance requests, concerns, and retention efforts
- Manage all leasing activities, including:
- Responding to inquiries
- Following up with prospective tenants
- Conducting property tours
- Preparing and completing lease documentation
- Market available units through social media (e.g., Facebook business page) and other outreach methods
- Coordinate maintenance and property upkeep, including:
- Scheduling repairs
- Overseeing unit cleaning and inspections
- Managing make-ready processes
- Following up with tenants
- Perform financial and administrative tasks such as:
- Recording rent payments
- Processing deposits
- Submitting invoices
- Maintaining accurate tenant records
- Complete additional office and administrative duties as assigned by the Regional Manager
- Strong administrative, sales, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
