Administrative Assistant Responsibilities- General receptionist duties
- Data entry and review
- Print, package, and ship payroll checks
- Track shipping to ensure the timely delivery of payroll checks
- Maintain accurate billing for clients
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Lift and move 35-pound boxes
- Assist other team members with tasks as needed
Our training process consists of learning through training videos, shadowing peers, the use of demo accounts, and working with assistance. Our Payroll Manager and Supervisor will work closely with you and provide feedback on expectations and progress.

This position requires an openness to change and learning, as we are always looking to improve our processes. The ideal candidate will be willing to use the resources available to them to troubleshoot issues independently, while also recognizing when they need to ask for additional help. Our entire management team has an open-door policy for questions, suggestions, and support whenever it is needed.
Hours,Pay, and Benefits
This position is in‑office, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. The initial hourly pay is $16 an hour. If the work is completed on Friday, we often get to leave a little early and get a head start on the weekend!
In addition, we believe our success should be shared with those who make it happen day‑to‑day, so we also pay quarterly bonuses based on company profits. Benefits include fully paid health, life, and long-term disability insurance for employees, contributions to a Health Savings Account on your behalf, a 401(k) with match, dental and vision insurance, and three weeks of PTO per year.
