Capel Manor College is seeking a Team Leader in Animal Management to help shape the next generation of animal professionals.

• Lead, manage and develop a dynamic curriculum area within the department.
• Inspire and support the teaching team to deliver exceptional teaching and foster a culture of innovation and reflective practice.
• Drive continuous improvement through robust self‑assessment and quality assurance, acting as Lead Internal Verifier.
• Collaborate across the department and with industry partners to keep provision current, relevant and responsive to student and employer needs.
• Champion high standards of teaching, learning and assessment, encouraging new and creative approaches to curriculum delivery.

• HND, degree or equivalent qualification in a science or animal‑related discipline.
• Experience as a curriculum manager or outstanding classroom practitioner, ready to transition into a leadership role.
