This is a high impact leadership opportunity within Mitie's award-winning Group Marketing function. As Head of Growth & Digital Demand, you'll play a central role in defining how we drive growth through our digital ecosystem—translating strategy into measurable commercial success.
Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Digital and Data, this role offers significant visibility and influence. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, shaping decisions at executive level while ensuring marketing activity directly contributes to pipeline and revenue growth.

The roleAs Head of Growth & Digital Demand, you’ll take ownership of Mitie’s digital growth and demand generation strategy, ensuring it is fully aligned to commercial priorities and delivers tangible results. You’ll lead digital demand performance across the Group, optimising marketing investment to drive high‑quality pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Working in close partnership with Sales, sector leadership and Digital teams, you’ll ensure demand generation activity is focused on the right opportunities and accounts. You’ll also take strategic ownership of , evolving it into a best‑in‑class growth and conversion engine that supports complex B2B buying journeys.
Central to the role is a focus on continuous improvement enhancing lead quality, conversion rates and speed to market through data‑led insight, experimentation and optimisation. You’ll also lead and develop a high‑performing team, establishing a centre of excellence for digital demand across Mitie.

- Leading the digital demand and growth strategy across the Group
- Driving measurable improvements in pipeline, conversion and ROI
- Building and developing a high‑performing Growth & Digital Demand team
You’ll bring strategy to life through strong execution, cross‑functional collaboration and clear performance accountability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and activating a Group‑wide digital demand strategy, translating business objectives into clear plans, KPIs and priorities
- Leading integrated, multi‑channel demand generation programmes across paid media, SEO, ABM, email, social, events and website‑led journeys
- Owning and optimising the performance of , driving lead generation, conversion improvements and effective B2B buyer journeys
- Partnering closely with Sales leadership to align marketing activity to pipeline opportunities, improve lead quality and increase MQL‑to‑SQL conversion
- Managing the end‑to‑end marketing funnel, from first engagement through to opportunity, ensuring efficiency and performance throughout
- Developing and evolving attribution models and performance reporting, providing clear insight into marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue
- Owning and governing the marketing automation and Mar Tech ecosystem (including Hub Spot and Salesforce), ensuring strong data quality, integration and compliance
- Managing budgets for digital demand activity, using data‑led insight to optimise ROI
- Acting as a senior marketing voice across the business, offering thought leadership on digital growth, buyer behaviour and best practice
