** Role

Summary:

** Delivers and implements core people initiatives/projects, the people vision and the ‘one LSEG’ ambition by partnering with senior leaders in Engineering.

** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND

ACCOUNTABILITIES :
*** Supports the alignment of people strategies with the business objectives at the divisional level, ensuring that people initiatives are tailored to meet business needs.
* Supports business leaders to implement effective talent management initiatives including strategic workforce planning, succession planning and organisation design.
* Assists in driving transformational change initiatives across business units to ensure successful adoption of transformation programs. Supports leaders and teams through periods of change to minimise disruption and maximise positive outcomes.
* Collaborates with wider BPPs, CPPs and COE stakeholders to ensure divisional people priorities align with the broader people strategy. Shares best practices and insights
* To continuously improve people processes and initiatives across divisions.
* Builds strong relationships with business leaders (at GD Level) and teams, offering people solutions that address their needs and challenges.
* Provides insights and recommendations based on people data to improve business performance and employee experience.
