Summary:
** The Director, People Business Partner for Engineering serves as a
** strategic adviser
** and
** trusted partner
** to senior engineering leaders. This role drives the people strategy needed to build and scale high‑performing engineering teams, aligning workforce, culture, and leadership priorities with the broader Engineering strategy. This roles provides strategic consultancy related to the people agenda and vision of "one LSEG" aligned to the Group and Divisional strategic objectives. This role will partner directly with one or more Group Leaders and their organizations.##

** Key Responsibilities*** ## Partners with senior business leaders to align and develops people strategies with the divisional business objectives.* ## Acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring the right talent, leadership and culture are in place to achieve divisional strategic goals.* ## Leads talent management initiatives including strategic workforce planning, succession planning and organisation design.* ## Collaborates with business leaders to identify and develop top talent, ensuring alignment with EDI targets.
