  • Ensure annual pricing adjustments and indexation activities are delivered accurately and on time
  • Maintain robust and up-to-date contract documentation and data repositories
Operational & Financial Impact
  • Lead or support mobilisation and re-mobilisation activities

  • Translate complex data into strategic recommendations and action plans
Collaboration & Leadership
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior client representatives
  • Provide commercial training and mentorship to operational and finance teams
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and special projects
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a confident and credible commercial leader who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Your Experience & Expertise
  • Proven success in a senior commercial role within the FM sector
  • Demonstrable track record of improving profitability and driving performance
  • Strong experience in contract management, pricing models, and payment mechanisms
  • Deep understanding of SLAs, KPIs and performance-related risk mitigation
  • Extensive experience in negotiation and dispute resolution
Your Skills & Style

You are a confident and credible leader who can inspire and motivate teams to overcome challenges and deliver measurable results. With strong interpersonal and communication skills, you build effective relationships and engage senior stakeholders with ease, influencing decisions and driving outcomes. You remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure, bringing resilience and positivity to complex situations. Highly organised and analytical, you are able to translate data into clear insights, supported by strong reporting and presentation skills.

Above all, you are a skilled negotiator who can navigate complexity, manage competing priorities and consistently deliver commercially sound outcomes.
