How many points a day/week? Do you require travelers to do "start of care", recerts, daily visits: 6.5, yes to SOC, recerts and daily visits. How many years of experience would you require an RN/LPN/CNA to have: must have 1 year of experience on a medsurg floor in a hospital setting.
How many patients do they see per day? Case manage roughly 30 patients. 6.5 points a day. Adults, only. Is there a resource available for them to reach out to while in the field: yes, clinical manager or educator 24/7 for emergency or 8-5pm. What are typical shifts and hours: 5 - 8 hours. How often is someone expected to work the weekend shift?
Weekend shift hours: depends on the number of nurses in the rotation. 8-5. Are they asked to go into the holiday rotation: yes. What is the call requirement for this position: no on call. Do they cover both home health and hospice: home health. Scrubs (color?) and/or business casual: scrubs (no color requirement). How many shifts of orientation does someone get with a preceptor: 2 weeks - few visits with a workcoach.
