The Opportunity

We’re looking for a senior commercial leader who thrives on building trusted C-level partnerships and driving sustainable growth across global clients.

This is not a traditional sales role — it’s about shaping strategy, influencing decisions, and becoming an indispensable partner to your clients.

  • Grow strategic client accounts by delivering first‑class client experience and identifying new opportunities that drive business outcomes and increased revenue
  • Build deep C‑suite relationships and position Circana as a trusted advisor
  • Lead & win complex, high‑value deals with a consultative, insight‑led & commercially astute approach
  • Transform data into compelling stories and points of view that influence executive decisions
  • Collaborate globally across teams to deliver seamless client solutions & service
  • Understand and stay ahead of industry trends (FMCG/CPG, retail, AI, digital transformation)
  • Champion client success, ensuring measurable value and long‑term partnerships

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales/business development (FMCG, CPG, or retail)
  • Experience managing global or multi‑market clients
  • Track record of closing complex deals and driving growth
  • Exposure to data, analytics, AI and digital solutions
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English. 2nd language in French, German, Italian is highly desirable but not required.
