We’re looking for a senior commercial leader who thrives on building trusted C-level partnerships and driving sustainable growth across global clients.
This is not a traditional sales role — it’s about shaping strategy, influencing decisions, and becoming an indispensable partner to your clients.
What will you be doing?- Grow strategic client accounts by delivering first class client experience and identifying new opportunities that drive business outcomes and increased revenue
- Build deep C-suite relationships and position Circana as a trusted advisor
- Lead & win complex, high-value deals with a consultative, insight-led & commercially astute approach
- Transform data into compelling stories and points of view that influence executive decisions
- Collaborate globally across teams to deliver seamless client solutions & service
- Understand and stay ahead of industry trends (FMCG/CPG, retail, AI, digital transformation)
- Champion client success, ensuring measurable value and long-term partnerships
- A strategic thinker and commercial driver who delivers results
- Strong consultative seller and problem solver with impactful storytelling skills
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Skilled in navigating complex, global organisations
- Resilient, curious, and adaptable in fast-changing environments
- Drive to implement continuous improvement, efficiency and self-development
- Passionate about turning data into business impact
- Revenue growth and expansion within key accounts
- Strong, trusted relationships at C-suite level
- High client satisfaction and long-term retention
- Delivery of insight-led solutions that drive measurable impact
- Extensive experience in B2B sales/business development (FMCG, CPG, or retail)
- Experience managing global or multi-market clients
- Track record of closing complex deals and driving growth
- Exposure to data, analytics, AI and digital solutions
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication in English language. 2 nd language in French
