A fast-growing, well-funded Reg Tech scale-up building a cloud-native, AI-augmented screening platform for financial institutions. Backed by top-tier investors, with several million dollars in ARR and live enterprise clients already on board.

• Lead, coach and grow a sales function, recruiting additional salespeople as the team scales
• Carry a personal quota alongside team targets, managing 4-5 seven-figure ARR deals in flight at any time
• Sell a transformation story to heads of payments and transaction banking operations at Tier 1 - 2 banks globally
• Navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (12+ months) from qualification through to close
• Work closely with product, marketing and delivery to sharpen go-to-market strategy and client feedback loops

• Proven enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally selling into banks or financial institutions
• Background in payments, risk or operations within financial services
• A consultative, conceptual sales style - comfortable pitching transformation, not ticking feature boxes
• A genuine startup mindset: flexible, entrepreneurial, energised by ambiguity and risk
• Stable track record - this is a build role, not a stepping stone
