Compensation: $12.00-$14.00 per hour (full‑time or part‑time, 2nd shift, 3rd shift, weekends).

L4 Security Group seeks motivated self‑starters to serve as Virtual Security Monitor or Command Center Operator/Dispatcher, overseeing the security operations of a centralized video monitoring Command Center that virtually patrols client facilities. The role involves monitoring and responding to security incidents, dispatching appropriate response timely and effectively, and maintaining professional communication with clients and emergency responders.

• Provide security monitoring and incident response services to protect client properties.
• Virtually patrol client properties, reviewing unsafe conditions, security violations, unauthorized entrance, and criminal activity.
• Proactively respond to and report unauthorized activity in a timely manner by dispatching security personnel and law enforcement as needed.
• Administer client‑specific policies for controlling access to the property.
• Report security violations and provide guidance to support staff and emergency responders to resolve issues.
• Utilize the communication system and virtual monitoring system professionally.
• Accurately document events by creating incident reports for leadership and clients.
• Perform any additional duties required in maintaining the command center.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Reliability is a must.

• Must have problem‑solving capabilities.
• Professionalism and excellent customer service skills verbally and in writing.

• Ability to proficiently operate a computer and other security devices.
• Experience as a dispatcher, call‑center representative, and/or security command center operator.
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military, loss prevention, and/or dispatch is a plus.

• Ability to monitor surveillance video for extended periods.
• Ability to monitor multiple computer screens throughout a shift.
• Must pass a criminal background screening, controlled substance test, and behavioral selection survey.
• Must maintain composure during emergency situations.
