Field Service Engineer – Sutton (OTE £50K+)

Full-time | Permanent | Company Van + Fuel Card + Training

Salary: £27,937 basic, increasing with progression – realistic OTE up to £50,000+

Hours: 40–48 per week, shifts between 9am–6pm or 11am–8pm (Monday–Friday, plus alternate Saturdays)

Location: Sutton and surrounding South London areas

Holidays: 29 days, increasing to 31 after one year

Licence required: Full clean manual UK driving licence

We’re looking for Field Service Engineers to join our growing team in Sutton, providing installation, maintenance, and technical support for our award winning alarm systems.

• Visiting customers across Sutton and South London
• Installing and maintaining Verisure security systems
• Diagnosing issues and delivering effective first‑time‑fix solutions
• Walking customers through how to use their system confidently
• Managing your own stock, van, and schedule efficiently
• Delivering first-class service every time

• Strong English communication skills and a professional, customer‑focused approach
• Confidence using hand tools and ladders
• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work independently
• Full clean manual UK driving licence
• Passion for technology and learning new skills
