Overview
We are seeking dependable General Laborers to support construction and exterior renovation projects. This role involves assisting crews with job site setup, material handling, cleanup, and basic construction tasks. Ideal candidates are hardworking, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Responsibilities- Assist crews with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Prepare and clean job sites before and after work is completed
- Support roofing, siding, gutter, and exterior repair installations
- Safely use basic hand and power tools as directed
- Follow supervisor instructions and company safety procedures
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Assist with debris removal and material staging
- Construction or general labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50-80 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Comfortable working at heights or on ladders when needed
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Full-time / Part-time available
- Pay based on experience
- Overtime opportunities may be available
- Experience in roofing, siding, or exterior construction
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices
- Ability to learn quickly and take direction
