Salary: £50,000–£60,000
Type:
Full-time (4-day work week)
I’m working with a client who are building an AI operating system for frontline casework. Their voice-first, multi-agent platform helps employment support teams reduce admin, cut compliance risks, and spend more time on the human work that changes lives.
The client is building AI-powered software that supports frontline teams delivering citizen services, from employability and housing to wellbeing and justice. The platform already enables organisations to capture conversations via phone and chat, generate structured meeting notes, and provide real-time multilingual interpretation. Behind the scenes, the team is tackling complex challenges such as AI agents, data pipelines, security, and high-reliability systems operating in sensitive real-world contexts.
They are looking for a thoughtful and product-minded UI/UX Designer to help shape how frontline teams experience the platform.
