Your ImpactAs an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Depending on your experience level (Tech 1 - Tech
5), you'll:
- Assist senior technicians with preventative maintenance and general labor tasks.
- Learn departmental production processes and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs with moderate supervision.
- Follow predetermined guidelines and instructions.
- Manage improvements and group activities with minimal supervision.
- Perform moderately complex troubleshooting and repairs.
- Mentor lower-level technicians.
- Lead complex projects and resolve complex technical issues independently.
- Act as a liaison between departments and communicate with vendors.
- Train lower level technicians.
- Plan, lead, and evaluate complex projects.
- Develop and implement training plans for lower-level technicians.
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and prioritize departmental work.
- 1+ year of technical experience.
- Ability to learn repair and troubleshooting fundamentals.
- 2+ years of technical experience.
- Ability to perform basic repairs and troubleshooting.
- 3+ years of technical experience.
- Ability to handle moderately complex repairs and troubleshooting.
- 4+ years technical experience.
- Ability to handle complex technical repairs and troubleshooting.
- 8+ years technical experience.
- Expert level troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Leadership and project management abilities.
A 2-year degree is equivalent to 1 year of experience, and a 4-year degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience.
