Stanley Electric US is seeking an experienced manufacturing coordinator to oversee production on the 3rd shift. The role requires at least 3 years of manufacturing experience, 1 year of supervisory experience, and strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

• Demonstrate solid organization skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
• Maintain excellent communication (oral & written) and training/coaching abilities.
• Work independently and collaboratively with the team.
• Provide leadership through continuous improvement and performance planning.
• Ensure effective training and clear understanding of production policies and procedures.
• Set clear expectations and achieve departmental targets.
• Monitor and track performance metrics such as reject rate and first‑pass yield.
• Apply PDCA methodology to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain clean, safe production areas.
• Oversee associate training to meet quality, safety, and productivity goals.
• Adhere to SOPs, QWI, QSP, and other standard operating procedures.
• Participate in improvement projects to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Address issues and assume additional responsibilities as needed to improve quality, cost, delivery, and development.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

• Exposure to equipment, hot melt, heptane, reactivator, paint, forklift/tugger, and conveyors.
