Machine Operator – London, OH

We are currently interviewing for a Machine Operator in London, OH.

Bodycote is offering a $1,500 sign‑on bonus!

• Ability to work full‑time, 40 hours per week
• Shift: 7 a.m. – 3 p.m., Monday – Friday

• Operate, control, and monitor heat‑treating units independently according to standard procedures and shop travelers or customer paperwork
• Prepare work for processing; load and unload furnaces, bins, fixtures, and baskets
• Report any unusual problem or irregularity to supervisor
• Promote safety and good housekeeping practices
• Cross‑train and develop additional skills as opportunities arise

• U.S. citizen or permanent resident (ITAR compliance)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3–10 years operating complex machines or processes in an industrial environment
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
