Join our team as a 2nd Shift Yard Loader, where you will be responsible for transporting finished materials from production lines to inventory storage areas. This role requires you to work outdoors 90% of the time, primarily operating a forklift, and involves cross-training to fill in for associates who are unavailable.

• Transport finished materials from production lines to inventory storage areas using a forklift.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently in an outdoor environment.
• Cross-train in the production area to provide coverage for absent associates.
• Participate in loading and unloading tasks as needed.

• At least 1 year of forklift experience.
• At least 1 year of outdoor work experience.
• Experience in production, loading, and unloading tasks.

• 6 months of production experience is a plus.
• 6 months of machine operation experience is a plus.

The work environment is predominantly outdoors, requiring you to operate in all weather conditions. The indoor working area is not climate-controlled and may become cramped with excess scrap material. Adaptability to varying environmental conditions is essential.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of London, OH.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
