WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Following established safety procedures for a safe and organized work area.
- Maintaining, modifying and enhancing the injection molding process to minimize scrap.
- Analyzing the molding actual conditions and troubleshooting the process to meet plant reject rates.
- Participating in process improvement meetings to provide a high-quality part for the customer.
- Generating documentation of molding conditions for process control traceability and ensure a constant process.
- Performing level-appropriate preventative maintenance and repairs on production machinery.
TECH 1: $27.00+$2.50 Shift Differential:
Working under the direction of more senior technicians:
- Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment as assigned by supervisor.
- Starting and stopping injection molding machines to perform mold changes, robot EOAT changes.
- Changing and scanning resin gaylords into CCore.
- Performing basic process tech PMs.
- Maintaining a clean working environment.
- Issuing and completing Maximo work orders.
- Ability to clearly communicate tooling and machine issues with the proper coordinators.
TECH 2 - $28.25+$2.50 Shift Differential:
- Fulfills all duties of technician 1 position.
- Receives schedule from production and coordinates start ups and mold changes.
- Solves process issues of moderate complexity.
- Performs new robot setups based off of existing programs.
- Ability to take an established OCC to another machine and set up rough process data.
- Write up and issue deviations and OCCs
TECH 3 - $29.25+$2.50 Shift Differential:
- Fulfills all duties of technician 2 position.
- Be the technician responsible for 10-20 injection molding machines and peripheral equipment.
- Daily OCC/dryer checks.
- Perform mold changes and startups.
- Work with production on daily schedules.
- Address process issues of medium to high difficulty.
TECH 4 - $30.50+$2.50 Shift Differential:
- Fulfills all duties of technician 3 position.
- Responsible for covering production demands in their respective molding area.
- Initiates projects to improve reject rates.
- Initiates projects to improve 2S3D.
- Identifies potential problems and creates countermeasures.
- Can set up new processes in multiple styles of molding machines.
- Will be responsible for training and mentoring new technicians.
TECH 5 - $33.35+$2.50 Shift Differential:
- Is the lead technician in their molding area and on the weekends.
- Is liaison with production and assists with scheduling concerns.
- Required to lead certain activities of the process group.
- Performs at an engineer level.

HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY:
TECH 1:
- High School diploma or equivalency
- Familiarity of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
