If so, Stanley Electric is offering a very rewarding career opportunity for a Coordinator with 3 years of molding manufacturing experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Overseeing production and ensuring customer needs are being met in a timely manner and in adherence to quality standards by:
- Responding to and resolving customer concerns by investigating the cause of the problem and/or rearranging production to ensure that there is no customer downtime.
- Prioritizing and solving problems regarding daily production needs and ensure production schedules are being followed in order to satisfy the needs of Mfg. I, II, III, IV and external suppliers.
- Maintaining ISO records, conducting training, and assisting with work constructions in order to maintain ISO certification
- Providing leadership to hourly Associates through communication of expectations, feedback, and recognition to ensure full functionality of the department
- Addressing quality issues and ensure products undergo quality inspections by monitoring the reject rate in order to provide Mfg. I, II, III, and IV a quality product.
- Addressing machine and tooling problems by coordinating with Die Mold support groups to ensure efficient line operations.

HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY:
- 3 years molding experience
- 1 year of supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership experience
- Demonstrated Knowledge of QC Tools
- Basic Molding Knowledge
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Expert in using Microsoft Access and Projects
- Demonstrated Oral and Written Communication skills
- Demonstrated Planning and Monitoring Ability
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Occasional overnight travel may be required to perform essential functions at remote locations or receive training.
Required to work overtime (unplanned and unscheduled) to meet customer deadlines and requirements.
HAZARDS:
- While performing the job the position is frequently exposed to moving or mechanical parts. Moderate noise levels with specific areas required to wear hearing protection.
- Chemicals/Solvents/Paints associated with the coatings industry. Flammable materials and hazardous waste.
