Our Central Ohio facility is a fully integrated operation, housing lighting and mold design, tool construction, production engineering, and dedicated Quality, Assembly, Sales, and Customer Service teams under one roof. With a stable OEM customer base and a culture built on continuous improvement, we are looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Coordinator to lead our injection molding maintenance team and keep production running at its best.

Their Central Ohio facility houses lighting and mold design, tool construction, production engineering, and dedicated teams across Quality, Assembly, Sales, and Customer Service.

Provide leadership to associates through daily supervision in a complex, reactive troubleshooting maintenance environment by:

• Overseeing repairs and preventive maintenance on all injection molding equipment
• Following preventive maintenance schedules and establishing PM procedures
• Monitoring production to reduce machine downtime
• Promoting a safe and clean working environment
• Leading associates through clear expectations, feedback, and teamwork
• Controlling manufacturing cost by tracking machine downtime and reject trends to identify root causes
• Tracking inventory and requisitions for maintenance supplies
• Ensuring associates safely follow work instructions and ISO procedures
• Determining repair and maintenance budgets and ensuring repairs stay within budget
• Training associates in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, injection processing, and machine awareness
