Maintenance Technician Details:
- Direct Hire position
- $ 68,640.00 to $ 87,000.00 / annually
- Third Shift (Monday through Saturday from 11:00pm to 07:30am)
Job Details:
- Troubleshoot and perform repairs on machines and their controls (Extruders, corrugators, extrusion die, DC/AC motors and drives, etc.)
- Order replacement parts as needed
- Help develop and implement continuous improvement projects to improve production efficiency
- 1st responder to troubleshooting machine problems
- Effectively contribute to CMMS performance through timely PM & repair work order completion while ensuring compliance
Maintenance Technician
Qualifications:
- Industrial maintenance experience
- Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting
- PLC and controls troubleshooting AC/DC motors, drives, and 3-phase electrical systems
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
- Preventive maintenance and root cause analysis
- Plastics/extrusion manufacturing experience preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
