We are looking for an energetic and dependable individual who wants to be part of our sales team, manage the sales floor, and lead the staff when on duty.

• Greet customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
• Ring up sales on the computer, take cash, and run credit cards.
• Help re‑stock the sales floor.
• Maintain a neat and clean store environment.
• Teach others how to perform responsibilities listed above.
• Lead the rest of the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
• Make deposits at the bank.
• Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and personal transportation to take deposits to the bank.
• Want to teach others how to sell and learn how to be a people manager.
• Willing to open/close the store, knowing that there may be times when you are alone in the store.
• Willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Can kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop, and lift 25‑50 pounds.
