Handyman​/Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to perform a variety of maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks for residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple types of repair and maintenance projects safely and efficiently.

• Perform general repairs including drywall, painting, carpentry, roofing, siding, gutter, electrical, plumbing
• Complete maintenance tasks such as fixture repairs, door and window adjustments, and hardware installation
• Conduct routine inspections and identify needed repairs or improvements
• Assemble and install equipment, appliances, cabinets, and fixtures
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition (plus if you can provide own tools)
• Ensure work areas are clean and safe upon job completion
• Communicate repair needs and job progress with supervisors or clients
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general construction repairs
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or roofs if needed

• Experience with exterior repairs, siding, gutters, or roofing repairs
• Customer service experience
• Ability to complete multiple small projects efficiently
