Pay: $29.26 - $31.75 PER HOUR

• Repairing and maintaining equipment as assigned
• Conducting periodic equipment inspections
• Addressing mechanical, control, thermal, and electrical problems
• Researching, testing, and implementing new products and cost cutting ideas

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years technical experience (or equivalent education and experience)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to independently identify and repair moderately complex problems
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Identifies, schedules, and manages improvement and group activities
• Applies knowledge of repairs and troubleshooting with minimal guidance
• Uses independent judgment on a regular basis
• Demonstrates thorough knowledge of department processes
• Performs moderately complex troubleshooting and repairs

• Manufacturing environment (6.5 hours per day)
• Occasional overnight travel may be required
• Required to work overtime (unplanned and unscheduled) to meet customer deadlines

• Exposure to moving or mechanical parts
• Moderate noise levels; hearing protection required in certain areas
